This error indicates that your computer does not have Microsoft's .Net Framework Installed.

This application must be installed on your computer to run our software.
You may simpy run an update to Windows. or...
Here is a link to Microsoft's website to download the needed application:
.NET FRAMEWORK 2.0 (x86)
If for whatever reason this link does not work, you may also go to www.Microsoft.com and search for ".net framework 2.0"
.NET is a pretty big file, so be ready for a decent download. Once .Net framework is installed, re-try the install.
