Solution
If you receive the Error: "Index is Outside the Bounds of Arrary" when attempting to load Custom Tunes...
This is most commonly caused by the file being corrupted during upload or download from email.
First try re-downloading the custom tune from your email.
Do not rename it during download. Use the name that the tuner assigned.
If this does not resolve the issue contact your Tuner and ask them to re-send the Custom Tune. It may have been corrupted on their side.
