What does the Error: 'No Index File Found' mean?
Solution
Error No Index File Found:
If you are attempting to program a vehicle, and you receive the error: No Index File Found.
This means that there are no Tune Files loaded onto the tuner.
Solution:
Contact any of our custom tuning dealers and get tunes made for your vehicle.

i have it on my tuner. can i just download canned tunes that come with SCT from the factory? such as octane tune, gear ratio tune, MAF, and etc.

The SF3 and Livewire come with pre-loaded "canned" tunes. If you have the X3 you will have to purchase custom tunes from an authorized dealer.
